Consistently impressed by this place. The service is excellent, everyone is super friendly and helpful, and it’s family owned. Scott is the man - he always helps me find the best discounts on meds. This is the only pharmacy we use.

I was going to the large chain pharmacy on Black Rock for a few months. Within that time they continuously made mistakes which led to me not being able to receive my medication in a timely manner on many occasions. I now go to Black Rock Pharmacy and every refill is available almost immediately. Ken the pharmacist has given me the best prices possible on my medications saving me money every month. The staff there are also very helpful and friendly. The drive through window is an added convenience too.

This pharmacy is so refreshing as compared to the typical chain pharmacies. The owner Ken was a pharmacist at CVS for many years and he did a great job there and he has done a great thing by opening his own pharmacy. I trust them with my medications and they deliver. The pharmacy shop has a beautiful gift selection.

I was staying at my son’s house for the weekend which live in Stamford but I needed my medications asked my doctor to send my prescription to Blackrock Pharmacy they were extremely accommodating to my situation and needs The Pharmacist was very helpful, friendly and professional. I would with no words asked if I resided in Fairfield this would definitely be my pharmacy So if you reside in Fairfield this is the pharmacy to use.

Black Rock Pharmacy is the BEST pharmacy. They have helped me find discounts on my medications, they are consistently wonderful and they make it so clear they genuinely care about their customers. They have helped me numerous times with issues I have run into with my prescriptions. Absolutely top notch!

We previously used one of the big chains for our scripts and disliked the wait times and impersonal service. Black Rock is such a refreshing experience. Quick refills, friendly service and easy to call and talk to a pharmacist. We moved all our prescriptions here and couldn't be happier.

I can confidently say that Black Rock Pharmacy is hands-down one of the best pharmacies if not the best pharmacy I’ve ever had experience of working with. Every single staff member on their team is friendly professional, and makes a note of making you feel heard and listened to. Not only that they are somehow able to fill your medication’s and lightning speed despite how many customers they have here in Fairfield. Whenever there is an issue with the medication, whether beyond back murder or just continued table, do what it takes to fix the situation and get you taking care of. If you are looking for a team that is going to take care of you, respect you and treat you like a human instead of a number, have all of your medication’s filled at Black Rock Pharmacy.
